Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is wonderfully located right on the water, offering a Venetian-themed, spacious, and comfortable stay. The service is generally efficient and friendly, though improvements could be made. The dining options are good with a nice variety available. The facilities are well-maintained and add to the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very pretty and spacious, but the TV and WiFi in the room were poor. We were not provided enough towels for our stay, yet having a washing machine in the room was perfect for our New Year's Eve fireworks viewing. The pictures are not very soundproof, allowing noises from outside and neighboring rooms to be heard.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great moments and a few letdowns. The stunning lagoon view with 2 bathrooms and a private rooftop terrace made my days in the hot sun truly memorable. However, the room, though with a perfect grand canal view balcony, felt a bit small considering the price. The service, like arranging our door to door arrival from the cruise terminal, was top-notch and very polite. The location, just around the corner from San Marco, was both convenient and peaceful, offering amazing views of the waterborne traffic. The dining experience, unfortunately, was quite poor, lacking variety and excitement. Overall, my stay was enjoyable with some standout features and some areas that could use improvement.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with beautifully decorated and air-conditioned rooms, though they were smaller than expected. The service was top-notch, and the location was superb near St Mark's Square. Dining with a view of the lagoon was excellent, but a bit pricey. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic, with a perfect view for New Year's Eve fireworks but unfortunately, the early morning noise from the dining space was quite disruptive. The service was a blend of grumpy and friendly staff. The location was exceptional, offering the true Venice feel, though the dining experience was not up to par with additional charges for items. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.
I could hear everyone walking around and talking in the rooms, especially at night, due to poor soundproofing. The confusion over bookings was a downside, but the rooms were lovely with plenty of space and a great bed.
